Group Hypnobirthing Classes: In Person
A comprehensive course that covers the physiology of birth, birth rights, birth planning and life with a newborn. The only course you need to prepare you for birth and beyond! Held in groups of up to 6 couples so there's a chance to socialise and make some friends too.
